When JMenuItem has both mnemonic and accelerator
set, and if mnemonic character is contained in
the accelerator modifier, modifier character
is also underlined. For example:
Cut CTRL+X

In the example above, if mnemonic is 't', then
T in 'CTRL' is also underlined, which is wrong,
since accelerator text should not be included.
