[jdk1.2beta3] Kanji is aligned improperly

When Kanji is displayed by 2D, it is not properly aligned.

See captured image in attachement.
It is a result from Notepad loading SJIS kanji table.
(Result running on 1.1.5 is located right side as comparison. Is it not perfectly aligned but prefered.)

Font beeing used is exactly same. MS-Mincho ttc file bundled with WinNT.
Font size is 12point. The smaller the font size is, the more obvious the problem is.

See effo line, height of first 4 kanji differ from the rest.
The rest looks squashed. Not only height some has too wider width.

Assuming that font metrics are not accurately computed.
