1) Try to programmatically scroll to a cell in
   a JTable. Unlike JTree, JTable has no
   convenience routine for this. Furthermore,
   using getCellRect() and scrollRectToVisible()
   do not behave as expected towards this end.
   This is especially obnoxious since editCellAt()
   does not scroll to the appropriate cell either.
