1. Create an app with a data-entry component:
   AWT TextField or Swing JTextField
2. Set the component font size to any odd number.
3. Type in Japanese text (double byte chars)
4. Press Home, then End
Expected:cursor placed after the last char
Actual: cursor jumps far to the right
         (1 or 2 pixels per char offset)

Notes:
NT/J only, double-byte chars only
Even font sizes look OK
Non Java apps on NT/J look OK
Old bug (at least since 1.1.2)
