If you change the border of a JToggleButton from the default
border to a line border using BorderFactory.createLineBorder(Color.black)
then the hilighting no longer works when the button is selected in
a button group.
Using the code for SimpleExample as a base I changed the JButton to a JToggleButton
and changed the border. I've reproduced this in my own code as well. If seems
only to occurr in the Windows L&F.
