Do the following:

1) Start SwingSet
2) Resize the window smaller by selecting the top title bar resize
   handle

3) Select a menu or any other popup derived component (JTooltip, JComboBox, JMenu) and notice that it is displayed exactly the same distance OFF that you
resized the window (descrease or increase)


The problem only happens on Solaris Motif Applications. I suspect it is in the AWT-Motif code, but perhaps there is something we can do in Swing to avoid the problem.
