      Steps:
      ------
      1. Run concurrency awt tests with the following command on WinNT 4.00:
      java concurrency.Tool -testdir tests/awt -thread 15 -wait 100000 -garbage -single

      The classes for the tool are in /home/vanitha/newconcurrency/concurrency/src/classes
