When I set EmptyBorder on JScrollPane, its scroll bar is not shown in perfect only in metal look. It's true solaris and window machine.

1. Run attached 'scroll'
2. Keep typing anything so that you will see scrollbar on ther bottom.
3. Make sure scrollbar on the bottom.
4. Look carefully the bottom line of the scrollbar.
5. At least, one pixel bottom line is not drawn.
