User Resize of the JInternalFrame's doesn't always occur -
cursor changes correctly when positioned over the border but window
doesn't always resize when user clicks mouse and moves it.
Using Swing 1.0.1 and JDK 1.1.5 - see attached test case.
To Reproduce: Open one or more JInternalFrames and repeat resizing of
the windows and activating different frames. The cursor always changes
appropriately when positioned over the border, but the frame does not
always respond to the mouse click and move.
