Download the JDK docs: ftp doesn't work, gives an error.

When tring to download the docs, GZIP TAR file for UNIX, from the jdk webpage for 1.1.6, I get the following error:
Error
    The requested item could not be loaded by the proxy.

    Netscape Proxy is unable to find the file: /pub/jdk1.1/74jdf8/jdk116-doc.tar.gz Check the
    file name and try again.

None of the docs are avaialble for download. This must be corrected before we go fcs.
