Mapping of Korean fonts for Win32 in font.properties.ko is incorrect

      Description

        "Gulim" used in font.properties.ko is not correct name for Win32.
        Win32 API takes localized font full name.

        So that Gulim should be \uad74\ub9bc

        There is no prblem to display Korean chars since Win32 API falls back to use
        Gulim.
