JFileChooser: can't use delete key to delete files and directories

      In JFileChooser, you can't use delete key to
      delete files and directories.
      This is a common feature which is available
      in almost all Windows File Chooser Dialogs, so
      this should be considered a bug rather than a
      request for enhancement.
