JTabbedPane doesn't be redrawn all of validate area.
Operate the following:
 - Run the SwingSet demo.
 - Change Tab placement.

Then, corner edge of TabbedPane doesn't be redrawn.
SwingSet runs each time, place of lost corner edge is different.
This phenominon has been occurred both Motif Look & Feel and Metal Look & Feel.
