Redraw problems when moving overlapping windows (JFrame)

When moving overlapping JFrames more or less
rapidly the frame background isn't proplerly
redrawn. Where a white background (e. g. the
background of an empty JTextArea or an empty
JTable) should be, grey stripes appear.
