I have many beans the work in the BeanBox. The
beans have customizers that use the Swing set.
There are no problems using Swing 1.0.1, however,
as soon I as upgraded to Swing-1.0.2, my
customizers are having problems.
The problem with the customizer appears to be
that upon instantiation, the components that are
not light weight don't get placed in the right
location. They just get placed in the top left
corner of the customizer. These components are in
a JTabbedPane and when I chooses another tab, the
problem goes away. The 'heavy' components are only
out of place at the beginning. Once I've
clicked around and hit every tab, they are all
in the right location and functioning correctly.
I've tried using some different Look and Feels,
but it doesn't seem to matter.
My bean box is the March '98 version and I'm using
JDk1.1.5.
