The features I request are:

Sockets:

1) Should have a SocketRaw Object.
2) In sockets should have a SO_BROADCAST option.

Under package java.net there should be a package called java.net.protocols and that package should define ICMP protocol
communications and any other protocol that java can use from the RFCs. (this is a dupliacate of 4093850)
