I'm using Swing 1.0.2.

Create a window with a File menu where the menu has an
"F" mnemonic. Meta+F doesn't pop up the file menu; Alt+F
does.

CDE programs (such as dtcm) respond to both Alt+F and Meta+F
(actually, they respond to whichever has mod1 set). At minimum,
a Swing program with the Motif L&F should match the CDE behavior.
