JLayeredPane use of awt component hashtable is incorrect and doesn't work

      The hashtable componentToLayer used to store values for non-JComponents uses a constant string as a key to add non-JComponents to the JLayeredPane, which doesn't allow for adding >1 non-JComponents.

      Totally broken.
