win32 tnameserv:
tnameserv (no arguments) starts up
on Windows NT:
On some systems, when a server object tries to register itself,
tnameserv generates an application error, complete with dialog.
On the others, the server remains silent until a client connects. The
server throws an exception in ConnectionTable, and the client
cannot find a naming service
On Windows 95:
both client and server sides of application hang
