Keyboard menu posting in JComboBox for the CDE LAF not working correctly

      Support for posting the menu needs to be provided in the editable and
      non-editable textfields. Currently only navigating to the arrow button
      works, this is inefficient and not how Windows does it. The following
      is the keysequence that needs to be supported:

      Post menu - Down arrow and Spacebar
