Window class will not block input from other
frames in the system in Solaris, and cannot get events that the
mouse was pressed outside the window, that the window lost focus,
etc.

in the documentation you stated that it can be used to implement
pop-up menu, but it can't because you can't get any events about
things that happened. like lostfocus in order to hide the popup when
the user press any other object.
