In JTextComponent, when I enable word-wrapping,
it doesn't wrap lines at the right place. The
last character in the widest lines sometimes runs
off the right edge of the JViewPort. I never see
more than a single character clipped. This is true
regardless of the value of setWrapStyleWord.

It seems to put a character at the end of a line
if more than half of it would show. If less than
half would be visible, it wraps it.
