In the SwingSet example, please change the look and feel
when loading to "com.sun.java.swing.plaf.motif.MotifLookAndFeel"
in the main function. In other words, load Motif L&F instead
of metal when starting the SwingSet example.
Then you will see that all the JTextFields have lost
their boundaries. You would think they're labels instead.
However, if you switch to Motif L&F later on after loading
Windows or Metal L&F for the first time, this will not
happen.
Actually, not only JTextField has this problem. In my own
application, all the JList, JTables lose their borders too.
