Switching input method from host based system input method to IIIMP, then
we can not input character both English and Chinese on active clients and
passive clients.
Following is steps to reproduce it:
Running IMFTester (Developed by TDC), in active clients or passive clients,
first in system input method, active Chinese input method, input some
characters, remain in Chinese input, use window menu to switch input method to IIIMP,
then we found that we could input anything more.
