SwingSet ToggleButton pane has alignment wheels partially hiding on Windows with JDK-1.2beta4-I when the tabs are placed along the right edge in any Look and Feel.

Steps to Reproduce:
0) Run SwingSet on Windows NT with JDK-1.2beta4-I.
1) Go to the ToggleButton pane.
2) Put the tabs along the right edge by selecting tab placement, right, from the Options menu.
RESULT: The alignment wheels partially hiding under the tabs on the right.
