JDK1.2Beta4-I using the JIT on win32 has performance regression.

        Running RMI Performance testing on Win32, using JDK1.2Beta4-I with
        the JIT. The PerfMark Median is 2.7 X slower then the 'H' build.

        And is only a very slight performance increase when ran without the JIT.
        meaning JDK1.2Beta4-I when ran without the JIT is almost as fast as
        when ran with the JIT.


        Performance regression can be seen in SpecJava, Jmark and CaffeineMarks as well.
