jdk117a - awt interactive test fails for Frametest.

The jdk117a fails the interactive Frametest. The frametest tests to see if the atrribute of a frame is set to non-resizeable that it does not resize. The frame sometimes is never drawn, or if it is drawn only the titlebar of the frame is drawn. This happens on win32 platforms with or without the jit.
