Problems with Fonts.Highlighting and Colors.BullsEye when Anti-Aliasing is turned off

Steps to reproduce
1. Load Java2Demo
2. Go to Fonts tab
3. Turn Anti-Aliasing off for Fonts.Highlighting
4. Notice that the color hilite in Fonts.Highlighting disappears - this is the bug

5. Go to Colors tab
6. Turn Anti-Aliasing off for Colors.BullsEye
7. Notice that the BullsEye draws in blue and jagged - this is the bug
