InputMethodEvent.getCaret(): unclear spec for the case committed/composed mixed

      InputMethodEvent.getCaret() API doc is unclear for the cases:
        - committed text only
        - committed and composed text combined

      Need to clarify in API doc. The IM spec specifies the caret position is in composed text.
