I think the string returned by this method call is incorrect .Though I haven't found the official standard, my Israeli friend suggests "iw" is very old, and the internet document pointed to by the java documentation - http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http/related/iso639.txt says it should be "he"
