JTabbedPane should allow clients to specify tab orientation. For tall, narrow tabbed planes,
tabs may be placed on the left or right, but the horizontal orientation of the tabs looks odd
and wastes a lot of space. It would be nice to be able to specify a vertical orientation for
the tabs, like the tabs in a three ring binder.
