Many related bugs: just enter the keywords 'german', 'keyboard, and
'1.2beta3' in Bugfinder.
Bug report follows:
Under Win95, you can't enter accented characters into AWT or JBCL
controls using dead keys (unless you type _very_ fast). WinNT seems fine,
however.
1. Install and run the German keyboard driver (or any driver having a dead
key combination).
2. Create and run an app. having an AWT field component
3. Ge keybd driver: press the key just to the left of '1' (dead key for ^)
4. press a (or any other char. accepting the circumflex accent
//exp: to see a-circumflex: =E2 char.
//act: I think only the a appaears.
