When the DocCheck doclet processes a source file,
it creates templates for corrections and generates
a list of files that need to be edited. However,
the spell-check and @see-link checking are not
under the doclet's control.

Possible solutions:
1. An option to enable/disable the spell-check,
   html-check, and @see link check.

2. Even better would be an API addition that allowed
   the doclet to access the errors from RootDoc, so
   that the appearance and order of the errors could
   be controlled. (Ex. The error checking doclet could
   merge them with other errors in the file.)
