Because of a change in the Solaris VM (see #4159546) in 1.2 FCS "C", we
now need to define a new envirionemnt variable _JVM_THREADS_TYPE in
order to get green threads.

By default we now get native threads, which causes the plugin not to
run on my unpatched 2.6 box. Sob.
