The File:New window in JBuilder 2.0 is completely empty when running JBuilder on top of JDK-1.2fcs. The window is critical because it contains all of the components used to build new applications.

Steps to Reproduce:
0) Configure a copy of JDK-1.2fcs-C as a java directory inside the JBuilder directory.
1) Select the File:New menu item.
RESULT: The window that appears has the necessary panels, but there are no icons in the panels for choosing new windows, applets, etc.
