1. Bring up the swing-1.1beta SwingSet demo (Metal L&F).
2. Click the "Checkboxes" tab.
3. Select "Paint Border" (Display Options).
The JCheckBox (and JRadioButton) wrongly uses BevelBorder.
It should use EtchedBorder like ToggleButton and Button.
(All other L&F:s use the same border style for all
types of buttons)
My platform is:
Windows NT 4.0 SP3
JavaSoft JDK 1.1.6
JIT Update for JDK 1.1.6 Software, Early Access 2
swing-1.1beta, Metal L&F
This bug is also present on:
Solaris 2.5.1 (CDE) / Sparc
JavaSoft JDK 1.1.6
swing-1.1beta, Metal L&F
