JDK1.2 FCS-F is incredibly slow while loading classes with large numbers of elements
(fields and methods).
As a result, JCK tests fldnum00101m1 and mthnum00101m1 (from vm/classfmt/lmt)
run about 24 minutes each on Ultra-1 machine and fail to fit in time-out used
in JavaTest (10 minutes).
 
Note that JDK1.2 FCS-E takes 3 sec for these tests.
