SwingSet ColorChooser HSB H text box is empty and should have a 0 instead with JDK1.2fcs-G on Solaris 2.6 and Windows NT. After using this panel, the number eventually fills in.

Steps to Reproduce:
0) Launch SwingSet with the configuration above.
1) Select ColorChooser from the Choosers menu.
2) Click on the HSB tab.
RESULT: The H text box is empty and should have a 0 instead.

Note: On Windows NT in Netscape 4.05 with plugin the S value is also empty.
