JDK1.2fcs-H: IIIMP: infinite loop of focus handling on Solaris

      Under focus on click policy of CDE dtwm, when switching to IIIMP, it repeats the following.

        - application gets focus and input method gets activated.
        - display the status window
        - the status window gets focus gained and the application gets focus lost
        - input method gets deactivated and hides the status window
        - the application gets focus back

      This didn't happen until JDK1.2fcs-G.
