RFE: Input window's text (in CompositionArea class) should scroll

Preedit string is handled by CompositeArea class in sun.awt.im. When input window can't display all the preedit string, it doesn't roll. No matter what the caret position is setted, the display isn't changed.
Because chinese users may input a long preedit string, it is important for them to get the rolling result.
