      Reproduce procedure

      1) Start Notepad in demo/jfc/Notepad
      2) Click JTextArea
      3) Input characters, but they are not accepted.
      4) If you click JTextArea again, then we can input characters correctly.

      It seems that all the lightweight components may be affected and may be a side effect fixing 4165091.
