                    There is a bug in Nt4.0_ja Service Pack3 which will blue the screen if
application tries to call GetGlyphOutline() API to get a roated font
bitmap/outline, and the current 2d win32 native rasterizer will need
to use this API to get rotated/sheared font glyph which will crash
the system.
