The problem only happens on win98, and it doesn't happen with JDK1.1.7K. Since the same JCK test suite has been used since the beginning of testing JDK1.1.7, the problem is more likely from JDK1.1.7L. I just want to make sure that it is not the testware bug before we can reassign to the JDK team.
1) All the parameter and environment files can be found in
/net/tapas/export0/jtpfiles/l7nick116ajit_jdk.
2) The test machine is NICK (129.144.75.49).
3) To reproduce:
- execute the VARS.BAT file.
- execute the doAllJtp.bat file.
4) The following error will be generated:
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
at javasoft.sqe.javatest.Main.decodeArg(Main.java:213)
at javasoft.sqe.javatest.tool.Main.decodeArg(Main.java:94)
at javasoft.sqe.javatest.Main.decodeAllArgs(Compiled Code)
at javasoft.sqe.javatest.Main.run(Compiled Code)
at javasoft.sqe.javatest.tool.Main.main(Main.java:58)
It even failed to bring up Javatest2.0 (execute the harness.bat file to see the error).
