Independ JWindow can not support InputMethod of Chinese, Japanese, etc.

      JDK Version: 1.2fcs-H
      OS: Solaris 2.6 & 2.7
      Locale: zh

      We can construct a JWindow with no parent, then, any component in it
      will have no default InputContext. Then all the component with
      default InputContext can not support Chinese InputMethod.
      Attached is a program to show this problem, that is, in the
      JTextField of this JWindow, we can not input Chinese or Japanese,
      but we do can input ASCII characters.
