It would seem that DataFlavor should have
constructor DataFlavor(MimeType mt) for
completeness.

We can construct DataFlavors with Strings (and
MimeTypeParameterLists) but not with a MimeType.
Contrast this with testing for equality where
Strings and MimeType are treated equally.
