In this particular bit depth of 16bit, the image in Transform.SelectTx is very poorly drawn during Shear and Rotate but not Scale. Although you can make out the image and the basic colors that makes it up. The outline of the image is very poor. However it does not exhibit the problem during Scaling.
Appears on winNT as well.
