Incorrect Inverse LUT used for GDI based Image drawing code.

      bit depth.: 8/16/24*/32 (*24bit crashes in VM on the Matrox card)
      applet....: ImageAlignTest
      draw mode.: GDI (induced GDI by renaming ddraw.dll to ddraw.dl_)

      In the GDI mode, this applet fails to draw anything on the screen. Forcing it to redraw by moving other Windows over it or forcing it off screen does not repaint properly.

      *24bit on the Matrox card only, it crashes VM. On the ATI Mach64 card it simply does not paint like other bit depths.

      Note: NT GDI worked fine.
