PopupMenu spec does not specify exceptions thrown by show(Component,int,int)

      The PopupMenu.show(Component,int,int) method throws a
      NullPointerException is its parent is null, and throws
      an IllegalArgumentException if the specified origin is
      not in the popupmenu's parent's hierarchy.

      The PopupMenu spec does not specify this.
