It does not work.

Moreover, the docs talk about specifying
arguments in a message format patter with %, but
you really use {}.

I didn't check if the other Internationalization
docs also have out-of-date applets, but they might.

I have seen a more recent version of this applet
that works. It used to be in the Java Tutorial,
but they took it out. I would like to see the
more recent version here.

If you can't get the more recent version, maybe you
would at least fix this one.

The last bug report I filed (a few months ago)
just disappeared.

How will I know what happens to this bug report?
Will you send me the bug number? What should I
do if this one doesn't show up in Bug Parade
either, like the last one?
