      [This bug is for version fcs_M.
      [In Solaris 2.6 ja Locale, same font are mapped incorrectly,
      [so \u0080-\u00ff Latin-1 characters are not displayed correclty
      [on Graphics.
      [There is incompatible between US and Japanese Font properties file
      [in iso8859_1 charset font.
